SALES MANAGER
Purpose of position:
To assist the VP of Sales in managing the sales force and sell appliances and air conditioners to the Property Management and Builder market place
Specific Responsibilities:
- A Burning Desire to Sell and a Passion to Build Relationships
- Learn about our products .... kitchen and laundry room appliances and through the wall A/C's.
- Assist in setting up training.
- Create customer proposals daily
- Demonstrate a Professional manner to all Advance associates, suppliers, and customers
- Assertively follow up on all leads and proposals
- Develop an assigned territory
- Meet all goals as mutually determined
- Learn Project planning and demonstrate a winning professional attitude
- Supervise the Sales Team
Compensation is a good base salary, commission, and bonus
Advance Refrigeration is a 61year old company located in Bensenville, IL and has a very large presence in the Chicago and surrounding areas.
