When joining the Project Management team, you’ll be working alongside an experienced group who works together to resolve issues in a manner aligned with the organization’s values.
Preferred - Primary Skills/Qualifications
- Strong project management skills and proven experience in having managed various projects with emphasis on HVAC work
- Understanding of financial management as it relates profitability of the work in progress
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exhibits project leadership and effective decision making throughout each project
- Leads and promotes effective teamwork by engaging everyone involved in the project
- Leads the scheduling, planning and controls the projects
- Promotes a positive influence to all team members
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of safety awareness and OSHA requirements with the ability to identify and address safety concerns on a project - OSHA10 Minimum is desired
- Promptly addresses customers concerns and resolve open issues quickly
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Proficient with closeout documentation standards
Desired - Experience and Education
- 5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Hands on experience in the negotiation and management of contracts and agreements
- Previous interactions with a variety of customers
