The Company performs within a diverse marketplace of commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC installation including new construction, renovation, public and private projects. When joining the Project Management team, you’ll be working alongside an experienced group who works together to resolve issues in a manner aligned with the organization’s values.
Preferred - Primary Skills/Qualifications
- Strong project management skills and proven experience in having managed various projects with emphasis on HVAC work
- Understanding of financial management as it relates profitability of the work in progress
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exhibits project leadership and effective decision making throughout each project
- Leads and promotes effective teamwork by engaging everyone involved in the project
- Leads the scheduling, planning and controls the projects
- Promotes a positive influence to all team members
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of safety awareness and OSHA requirements with the ability to identify and address safety concerns on a project - OSHA10 Minimum is desired
- Promptly addresses customers concerns and resolve open issues quickly
- Strong written and analytical skills
- Proficient with closeout documentation standards
Desired - Experience and Education
- 5 years’ experience in project management
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
- Hands on experience in the negotiation and management of contracts and agreements
- Previous interactions with a variety of customers
