KCorp Reliance Company seeks an experienced licensed HVAC Mechanic in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Certification(s): Universal EPA Certification (required). At least 1 of the following obtained within 6 months from the date of hire: NATE Cert, HVAC Excellence Cert or UA Star HVAC Mastery Cert. Duties: Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including compressors, air handlers, chillers, boilers, Building Automation Systems, valves, etc. in accordance with industry standards, manufacturers specifications, and OSHA safety regulations.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Clearance and pass a drug screening Prior experience in an industrial laboratory or cleanroom environment is preferred.
