Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. Your expertise will contribute to our goal of delivering top notch comfort solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and various HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnace, air conditions, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to plan and execute HVAC projects effectively.
- Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the work performed and any recommendations for improvement.
- Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements, technologies, and best practices.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
Qualficiations:
- High school diploma or equivalent: completion of HVAC training program or equivalent.
- Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components. Plumbing experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration principles related to HVAC.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends based on demand.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
