HVAC Install Helper Requirements:
- Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
- Customer Service Oriented
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
- EPA Certification desired if you do not have it yet, we will help you get it!
- Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three years of driving experience is required
- HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market, is desired but not required

This is a physically demanding job which requires the HVAC Install Helper to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
