Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Lead Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of installation experience and proven ability to lead a team. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and the successful candidate will be provided with a company truck and gas card.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of installation technicians
- Oversee and participate in the installation of equipment and systems- Ensure installations meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns- Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of installation experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
