Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems, be capable of performing installations, repairs, and maintenance, and demonstrate proficiency in various construction-related tasks. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and other necessary techniques for pipe installation.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete plumbing tasks.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations during all work performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
- Ability to work efficiently on a construction site while adhering to safety protocols.
