What you’ll do:

Work with other department leaders to build the NW’s top HVAC Install team.
Grow and build a skilled HVAC Install team by providing proper on the job and technical training.
Be Flexible and “always learning” HVAC industry changes daily and we need someone who will educate themselves and their team in the future.
Mentor, develop and establish appropriate KPI performance.
Monitor staff performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
Communicate clearly, show recognition, and build rapport with employees.
Manage gross margins and budget guidelines
Establish and maintain customer satisfaction metrics, evaluate performance, and coach staff to success.
Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet ongoing customer demand, manage season spikes, and achieve growth goals.
Exhibit a safety-first approach during all work-related activities.
Bring more energy than you take, because you will set the tone every day for the entire department
High level of communication and alignment with other departments and functions

Requirements:

5+ years of HVAC experience.
3+ years of management experience.
Strong follow-up and closing skills.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Proper HVAC certifications.
Experience running large teams.
Public Speaking.
