Our business and our team are growing! Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Customer Service Representative opportunity is currently available.
At Tyler’s, our mission is simple - raising the bar for comfort and service for our customers. We are a local, veteran-owned company providing HVAC and plumbing services throughout northern Indiana and southwest Michigan, for homeowners and businesses.
Our Customer Service Representatives are service fanatics with strong communication skills. Duties representative of the role include:
- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner, in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Completing a thorough intake of customers’ plumbing, heating or cooling needs
- Entering accurate data from calls into our dispatch system
- Scheduling maintenance visits for membership customers
- Making outbound calls to support marketing outreach
- Renewing customer memberships by phone
- Processing customer payments
- Responding to customer emails and text messages, and preparing correspondence
Experience with ServiceTitan preferred, and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience necessary. Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing terminology is helpful.
