Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Design and implement HVAC solutions tailored to specific property needs.
- Provide field service support by responding to service calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of HVAC systems.
- Safely handle ammonia refrigeration systems as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems.
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van for field service duties.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.78 per hour
