We are currently recruiting for a full time HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician in New Orleans, LA.
⋅ HVAC Certification. ⋅
⋅ Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, Sheetrock and appliances.
⋅ Ability to prioritize work.
⋅ Good customer service skills.
⋅ Commitment to professionalism, integrity and the highest level of customer service.
⋅ Team player, able to work independently, take direction from others and have strong communication skills.
⋅ Work with vendors.
⋅ Reliable transportation and provide own tools.
⋅ Must be able to climb ladders.
⋅Ability to take after hours on-call emergencies when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.04 - $29.29 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
