Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify any defects or malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems
- Install and connect HVAC equipment and controls according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of schematics and mechanical components
- Experience as a service technician or mechanic in the HVAC industry
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment
- Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites
- Familiarity with plumbing and ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
