As the Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, R&D, sales and procurement to ensure that our product offerings meet customer needs, align with market trends, and achieve business goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Strategy & Vision:
- Define the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of product releases.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to keep the product portfolio competitive
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to bring products to market successfully.
- Act as a key decision-maker in product development and prioritization processes.
- Drive effective communication between all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
- Conduct regular product reviews and manage post-launch performance assessments.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies and provide necessary product training.
Customer & Market Insights:
- Gather customer feedback through surveys, focus groups, and user testing to understand pain points and unmet needs.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps in the market and differentiate our products.
Performance & Metrics:
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and continuously track product performance.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust product strategies as necessary.
Product Development
- Work closely with R&D team on product design and development efforts to improve and expand our product offering.
- Manage field testing efforts and Quality Assurance process and documentation.
- Oversee product packaging ensuring that product packaging meets both customer and manufacturing requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Proven track record of managing successful product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.
- Experience working in manufacturing environment is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 per year
