A fast-growing healthcare services company backed by private equity firm Shore Capital Partners is looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing in Austin, TX. This role willlead our B2B demand generation and digital marketing efforts, driving qualified leads and measurable business growth.
Job Summary:
The Director of Marketingwill focus on B2B lead generation and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to generate and nurture high-quality leads. This role will focus on optimizing digital channels, implementing AB testing, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve conversion rates. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with deep expertise in performance marketing, digital demand generation, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven B2B lead generation strategy, including inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage creative marketing campaigns to engage a defined population to drive engagement.
- Optimize paid and organic digital channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing, to maximize lead generation.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing pages, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Own and optimize the marketing funnel, tracking lead sources, conversion metrics, and attribution models to drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
- Manage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and improve pipeline efficiency.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Lead a team of marketers, agencies, and contractors to execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing external agencies, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated bias for action and ownership to meet aggressive goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
