A reputable Mechanical Contractor located in Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Dispatcher/Coordinator for their Service Department consisting of 15-20 Service Technicians.
Hiring Company targets large commercial, industrial, educational, municipal customers in the Philadelphia Tri-State Area for HVAC Preventive Maintenance, Repairs/Replacements, Upgrades & Retrofits, and New Installation Services.
We require candidates have 5+ years experience the HVAC Industry, a working knowledge of HVAC systems.

Primary responsibilities:
Ø The dispatcher has a vital role in the success of the department and in meeting departmental revenue budgets
Ø Learn company’s Service Module, which is Sage SSO.
Ø Communicating effectively with customers, superiors and field technicians.
Ø Maintains the daily schedule of calls and prioritizes the most urgent and profitable calls to meet customer demands.
Ø Communicate daily with company’s Service Manager to discuss any problematic calls and/or jobs to discuss options.
Ø Manage the whereabouts and needs of technicians in the field. Notify technicians of estimated hours per quoted jobs.
Ø Meet with in house Project Managers to ensure all required parts have been ordered and arrived before dispatching to job.
Ø Scheduling of technicians and notifying customers of Preventive Maintenance Inspections.
Ø Confirm upcoming appointments for the department.
Ø Learns the strengths and weaknesses of service technicians to methodically select the right tech for the right call
Ø Builds rapport with technicians to foster good communication between tech and dispatcher
Ø Communicates with customers to keep them informed of their appointment
Ø Reviews service calls work orders at jobs completion to see if any follow up visits, parts or quotes are needed and inform the proper Devine Brothers Personnel.
Ø Prepares Work Orders for Invoicing
Ø Promotes same-day work and rearranges schedule to accommodate completion of job.
Ø Schedules return visits or sold work accordingly in a timely manner
Ø Reschedules low-priority calls to capture the urgent and high-priority calls
Ø Developing long-term customer relationships in the area of HVAC Preventive Maintenance solutions for new construction, retrofits, replacements, system upgrades and enhancements.
Experience:
Ø 5+ years experience the HVAC Industry.
Ø Working knowledge of HVAC systems.
Ø Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel.
Ø Knowledge of Sage SSO not required but a plus
