Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for trouble-shooting, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in property maintenance, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration (optional) will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and replacing filters
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Strong knowledge of Oil Heat
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair HVAC malfunctions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass Background Check
- Able to pass Drug Screening
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
