We are a well-established commercial HVAC/R and appliance repair company looking to expand into the plumbing industry. We are seeking a Master Licensed Plumber who is interested in leveraging their expertise to help build and lead a new plumbing division from the ground up.
What We’re Looking For
- A Texas-licensed Master Plumber willing to serve as the Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) for our new division.
- Someone who may be looking to transition out of the field and into a leadership/setup role.
- A partner in structuring and growing a profitable, well-run plumbing operation.
Responsibilities
- Work with ownership to develop and implement business operations, pricing structures, and service offerings.
- Assist with hiring, training, and mentoring plumbing technicians.
- Ensure all work meets Texas plumbing regulations and company quality standards.
- Oversee permitting, compliance, and safety guidelines as required by law.
- Advise on equipment, inventory, and best practices for efficiency.

Requirements
- Active Texas Master Plumber License (Required)
- Experience leading or managing plumbing teams preferred
