Key Responsibilities include (not limited to)
· Provide Exceptional 5-star Customer Service by educating and offering ways they can improve their home comfort.
· Meet and/or Exceed sales goals determined my management.
· Conduct scheduled appointments’ in customer homes to identify customers comfort needs, wants and expectations of their complete HVAC system.
· Create self-generated leads.
· Follow-up on site visits daily/weekly to assure quality and our “Perfection is a Promise” guarantee.
Ideal Candidate
· Previous In-home selling (HVAC and HVAC products preferred)
· Ability to Use technology and app and web-based software
· Amazing Communication and People Skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to accept coaching
· Must have a valid drivers license
· Position is Full Time and requires 5 day work week as well as some evenings and weekends.
