Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Installation Manager to oversee our installation operations. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive knowledge in plumbing expertise. This role is crucial in ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The Installation Manager will lead a team of technicians, coordinate projects, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Salary is based upon experience and willingness to travel large service areas.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage installation teams for plumbing projects.
- Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Train and mentor new technicians on installation techniques and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and project timelines.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to installations promptly.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Coordinate with parts runner and set his schedule.
- Coordinate with Service Technician that sold job at time of sale to get all valid information to set the install team up for success.
- Call 811 when needed.
- Preform QC checks after jobs completion same/next day.
- Coordinate with permitting technician to ensure quick turn around time for inspections after completion of job.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years Plumbing Experience. No exceptions.
- Previous experience in management preferred.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
