Fearless Home Services Sales Professional / General Manager
Compensation Plan: Base Salary, Uncapped Commissions, Uncapped Monthly Bonus, plus Fully Paid Company Vehicle.
The successful candidate should earn at a rate of AT LEAST $135,000 annually by the end of the first year. Our compensation plan is uncapped so the more you grow the business, the more you will earn. Our growth goals should lead to a $200,000+ annual income opportunity.
Sir Grout of Tampa plans to grow dramatically in the next 12 months, and we are hiring a Fearless Home Services Sales Professional / General Manager to lead our expansion. Sir Grout is known in 40+ markets as the only premium home services company that restores hard surfaces, such as Tile & Grout, Marble, Granite, and Travertine, to like new condition. You will receive fully paid training, and then you will be provided pre-qualified appointments that are primarily residential. You are excited to solve real customer problems and then price handsomely to deliver those results! All Tampa staff report to you in this role.
The ideal candidate will reside in Hillsborough or Pinellas County.
