Responsibilities

- Manage territory effectively, ensuring that all customer needs are met and relationships are nurtured.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and sales management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to analyze data effectively to drive informed decision-making.
- Experience with cold calling techniques and strategies for successful outreach is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
