Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a skill for customer interactions and a desire to hone Technical skills. As an HVAC Technician, selling your services including installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Pass Criminal, Driving background checks, and drug testing.
- Clean driving record. No SR22.
- No one knows everything. You only need to know how to find out.
- Completion of HVAC school. (Or in the final semester)
- CFC Type 2 Certification
- Ownership of basic and HVAC required hand tools.
- Zero on the job experience required.
- The ability to look like a professional everyday.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Safe vehicle operation.
- Must be willing to learn and improve on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Complete service calls according to our scripts and procedure, not yours.
- Accurately and ethically completing detailed service checklists.
- In-depth conversational interactions with customers.
- Recommend and complete services.
- Accurate and intelligent admin completion using the tools for proper grammar spelling.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, fans, and thermostats.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters to test electrical components for functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure optimal operation of all building systems.
- Follow safety protocols while working with refrigerants and other hazardous materials.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
