Celebrating 9 years in business, we are a proud GAF Master Elite Shingle Contractor and GAF Gold Elite Commercial Contractor. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential roofing sales, both retail and insurance restoration. Roofing sales experience is required.
Duties
- Hire, train, and motivate an industry leading sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize for account management, tracking sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer expectations.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or roofing sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using RoofLink or other Roofing CRM software for managing leads and sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement within the sales process.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
