Fred's is growing and seeking an experienced General Manager!
Position Summary:
With ultimate responsibility for everything regarding the location, ensure smooth and profitable location operations by overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing customer feedback and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee ordering, storage, and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to optimize cost control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and health regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
