Duties

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics and logic controllers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Utilize welding skills for repairs or modifications as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules without disrupting operations.
