Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in automotive repair, particularly with BMW, MINI Cooper, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche vehicles, and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair powertrain systems and other automotive components with precision.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to dealership policies and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training.
Experience
- Proven experience as a mechanic or service technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
- Familiarity with BMW, MINI Cooper, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche vehicles is highly desirable.
- Ability to effectively use diagnostic tools and hand tools in vehicle repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
