Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage installation projects for commercial HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to plan, coordinate, and execute installations efficiently.
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
- Supervise and mentor junior installers, providing training and guidance to support their growth.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including materials used and project progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and schematics.
- EPA and other relevant certifications (e.g., NATE) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
