What You Will Do
- The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for the following:
- Learn the HVAC & Plumbing business and how to prioritize customer calls.
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field.
- Record and report results on completed jobs by technician.
- Audit information listed in jobs to determine information is accurate regarding type of service and equipment to assign to the appropriate technician.
- Manage the dispatch board by monitoring technicians’ progress throughout their day and keeping in communication with customers including delays, adjustments and/or reschedules.
- Work a rotating weekend shift, approximately every 9 weeks.
- Answer incoming requests from the call center and other departments via email, phone, Teams chats, etc.
- Other duties as directed.
Work Schedule
- This is an in office full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm.
