Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for installation and repairs.
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with codes.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians as needed for integrated system installations.
- Perform welding tasks when required for pipe fittings and connections.
- Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs beyond plumbing as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading to understand plumbing layouts and specifications.
- Experience with power tools commonly used in plumbing installations and repairs.
- Knowledge of construction site protocols and safety regulations.
- Strong background in construction plumbing techniques and practices.
- Ability to perform field service tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
