HVAC Installation Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of HVAC Industry experience required
- 2+ years of supervisor experience required
- EPA certification required
- Experience supervising multiple crews

HVAC Installation Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise up to 5 crews of HVAC Installers
- Assign/contact Installation technicians and dispatch installation calls
- Scheduling of Installations and daily updating/managing of Installation schedule
- Coordinate the permit process and pull permits when needed.
- Handle Installation customer service complaints. Escalate complaints to General Manager when necessary
- Day to day point of contact for the Install team. Provide job information/details, customer information, parts, etc.
- Quoting, selling, and creating agreements.
