Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in facilities management, ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and other mechanical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems within the facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in food manufacturing in a maintenance role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
