We are a family owned company looking for motivated lead Installers with at least 2 years of experience installing refrigerated air systems. Must be able to or have experience with the following.
-installing furnaces
-split systems
-combo units
-roof-top units
-mini splits
-water heaters
-High/Low Voltage
-braze refrigeration lines
-basic gas fitting
-roughing in duct-work
-everything associated with the installation process
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections of ductwork and refrigeration components.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC designs into building plans.
- Provide exceptional service as a technician, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations during all installations.
Summary
In the role of Lead HVAC Installer, you will be instrumental in overseeing the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Reporting to the HVAC Manager, you will utilize your core skills in refrigeration and HVAC, while leveraging your premium skills in construction and HVAC design. Your mechanical knowledge and experience in ductwork will be essential in delivering high-quality service. Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
