Summary
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team at Sterling Collisions & Customs. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service, contributing directly to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the auto body repair facility, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of skilled technicians and support staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the repair process.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to facilitate claims processing and resolve any issues that arise.
- Implement best practices for operational processes, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive repair or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and insurance claims management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
