** Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, field service, and HVAC/R systems. This position offers an opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and systems in a dynamic environment.
**HVAC Duties and Responsibilities
-· Repairing and replacing Commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
· Use a variety of hand and power tools.
· Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
· Training junior team members
· Communicating with clients and customers
· Meeting local HVAC codes
· Able to lift fifty pounds.
· Ability to Travel 50 to 60 percent.
**Education and Experience Requirements:
· 3-5 years of light commercial experience.
· HVAC trade school certification program.
· Experience with the design, installation, maintenance, or repair of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems.
· Knowledge of or experience working with mechanical systems, tools, or machines.
· Skill or experience reading and interpreting diagrams such as technical drawings or blueprints.
· Valid driver’s license
· Can successfully pass a criminal background check.
* Willing to travel
