Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong sense of urgency. The HVAC Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring timely responses to client requests.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch technicians for service calls and emergency repairs
- Coordinate schedules and routes for field technicians
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and management
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and work orders
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and estimates
Requirements:
- Previous dispatch experience preferred, but not required
- Positive Personality
- High Energy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prompt and reliable with excellent time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a drug screening
- Legally eligible to drive

Work Schedule:
Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
