Position: Operations Manager

Location: 3045 North Colorado Street Chandler, AZ 85225

Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 base pay (plus bonus potential up to $25,000)

Reports To: General Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee recruitment, training, and operational excellence across our company. This role is critical to ensuring our field operations align with company standards of quality, safety, and performance. The ideal candidate will implement processes to drive efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation. In addition they will have a strong knowledge of the HVAC and Plumbing Industry including a foundation of a technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Training:

· Develop, maintain, and improve recruitment and training processes for technicians and field supervisors.

· Evaluate technician and field supervisor performance during recruitment stages.

· Monitor revenue results of active technicians and field supervisors, implementing incentive plans to encourage growth.

Policy Enforcement & Performance:

· Establish and enforce policies on safety, performance, and quality.

· Respond to customer concerns promptly, working directly with technicians in the field to address and resolve issues.

· Conduct weekly evaluations of internal business center performance.

Operational Excellence:

· Ensure timely job bookings and develop strategic processes for call booking and customer satisfaction.

· Oversee vehicle maintenance and inventory to ensure compliance with company standards.

· Manage warehouse stock and ensure warranty fulfillments are returned and processed efficiently.

Qualifications:

Education & Certifications:

· High school diploma required;

· Bachelor’s degree in business, training, or marketing preferred.

· Freon Recovery EPA Certification (preferred).

· NATE Certification (preferred).

Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years in air-conditioning repair or installation (required).

· 5+ years preferred in air-conditioning repair or Installation.

Skills & Abilities:

· Proven ability to coordinate, organize, and lead in a team-focused environment.

· Strong adaptability to meet industry demands.

· Excellent mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.

· Preferred background in ServiceTitan software.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally bend or stoop.

· Sufficient mobility to navigate office and warehouse settings.

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

· Capability to access job sites, including roofs and attics.

Schedule:

· Monday – Friday

· On Call

· Weekend Availability
