Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team and assist with a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. If you’re a problem solver with a knack for fixing things and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Inspect properties for potential issues and address them proactively.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed.
- Repair and replace doors, windows, flooring, and other structural elements.
- Assemble furniture and install shelves or other items upon request.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical and plumbing issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair skills (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical work).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items or work in tight spaces.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and building regulations.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in a specific trade (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
- Own set of tools.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
- low voltage electrical: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
