Position: Comfort Advisor
Purpose:
To provide exceptional customer service and guide clients through the process of selecting and purchasing HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.
Expectations:
- Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism.
- Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs and present HVAC solutions.
- Create detailed proposals and explain financing options.
- Build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
- Achieve sales goals while upholding company values and integrity.
- Stay updated on and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 24 years or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Clear a background check.
- Prior sales or home services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
