LK Distribution is a company with a House of Award Winning Brands for the Alternative Industry such as Hemp/CBD/Vape/Smoke Shop Items based in the United States.
We are looking for a talented and eccentric candidate with relentless enthusiasm to grow the brand one consumer or business(es) at a time.
To be successful in this role you will need to have an outgoing personality, able to communicate and represent our brands and assortments of products to prospective clients and businesses to the highest degree.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will have the opportunity to represent our brand by showing your presence at various locations from distribution centers, cash and carry locations, to in-store retail events for promoting the Brands & Products. Providing engagement with customers, conduct product demonstrations and pitches, contributing to our marketing efforts to aid in also providing relevant detailed information to make improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at various events and locations along with promotional marketing campaigns.
- Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and generate interest in products or services by showing expert product knowledge.
- Showcase and offer product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the Brand's offerings.
- Collect data and feedback from customers to provide insights for marketing strategies and product development.
- Create engaging content on site and in-location to assist with marketing efforts.
- Assist with setting up event displays, booths, and promotional materials
- Create a positive and memorable experience for consumers by effectively communicating key brand messages
- Maintain a friendly professional appearance and respectful etiquette at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience event marketing, promotional events is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team with instructions, updates, and ongoing communications for each day.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Willingness to learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits
- Able to independently set-up tables with promotional merchandise and items, including breakdown and organizing materials at the end of each shift.
- Required to have their own motor vehicle and means of transportation and a Valid Drivers License to and from each desired location, including the ability to secure and hold inventory on the road for each promotional event.
- Brand Ambassadors must be able and willing to attend events, travel to store locations and to pop-up events.
- On occasions, there may be times where events are light and unavailable, the hours may vary depending on availability.
- Ability to be prompt on schedule, communicative, and no-shows to designated events will result in termination of contract.
Competencies:
- Must be dependable and on time for work each scheduled day.
- Must have a great sense of urgency.
- Detail-Orientation skills and ability to stay focused.
- Experience in 4/20 friendly events are preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
