Calloway and Sons HVAC is looking for a full-time HVAC Installation Tech Manager to join our team in New Orleans, LA. We offer a salary of $40,000 $50,000/year, plus base pay and commission. This is a great opportunity to lead a team of skilled technicians, ensure quality HVAC installations, and help our company grow. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR HVAC INSTALLATION TECH MANAGER
THE SCHEDULE:
This full-time position is Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Weekends may be required, and hours will be specified as needed. You will report to a central location before heading to job sites. On-call availability and overtime are also available.
YOUR ROLE:
As the HVAC Installation Tech Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our installation team. Your day starts by reporting to a central location where you'll prepare your team for the day's tasks and review the schedule. Throughout the day, you'll supervise installations, provide technical support, and troubleshoot any issues that come up. You'll also communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and resolve any problems.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
- Basic tools
Leadership skills or experience are preferred!
