We are looking for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installers wo are professionals that specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential homes.
Responsibilities:
- Installation: HVAC installers are responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to design specifications and building codes. This involves mounting and connecting components such as furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, thermostats, and other HVAC equipment.
- Ductwork Installation: In addition to installing HVAC equipment, installers often fabricate and install ductwork systems to distribute heated or cooled air throughout the building.
- Testing and Balancing: After installation, HVAC installers perform tests to ensure that the system operates efficiently and meets performance standards. They may also adjust airflow and balance systems to optimize performance.
- Maintenance and Repair: HVAC installers may also be involved in routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning or replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, checking electrical connections, and inspecting system components for wear and tear. They also diagnose and repair problems with HVAC systems, such as malfunctioning thermostats, leaks, or electrical issues.
- Customer Service: HVAC installers often interact with customers to explain how their systems work, provide maintenance tips, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Good communication skills and customer service are important aspects of the job.
- Compliance with Regulations: HVAC installers must ensure that all installations meet relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. This may involve obtaining permits, following manufacturer specifications, and adhering to industry best practices.

Qualifications
- 2 years proven experience as an HVAC installer or similar role.
- Technical knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
