J Wolf Mechanical looking to fill an immediate opining for a experienced commercial HVAC Forman.
- Must posses all tools for Commercial HVAC/Service installation
- Must have advance Diagnostic/Troubleshooting skills for start up of equipment (EPA Card a bonus)
- Complete understanding of low voltage and high voltage operation
- Complete knowledge and installation of all commercial equipment start to finish (Package or Split)
- Must be able to completely install mini split systems start to finish
- Complete understanding of mechanical drawings (M Sheets)
- Complete understating of complete job site drawings (A Sheets through Electrical)
- Must be able to read and execute submittals
- Complete knowledge HVAC installation Codes in all municipalities
- Complete knowledge of all types of duct work installation (Square, Spiral, Flanged)
- Must have OSHA 10 Training/Certification
- Complete knowledge of crane operation and hand signals
- Complete knowledge of equipment operation
- Must be able to lead by example through your installations procedures
- Must be able to set Dailey objectives and goal
- Must be able to line out crews and hold accountability of his crew performance
- Must be able to fill out company Daily logs, material requests and forecast project needs
- Must be able to watch for safety issues and enforce company policy
- Must be able to spot and make aware of design changes on the project
- Must be able to formulate change orders and RFI’s
- Must be able to oversee multiple project and statuses and maintain job schedules
- Must be able to locate issues and resolve before major incident
- Must be accountable for project hours and be able to manage labor hours on multiple job if necessary
