Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled laborer with electrical or CCTV experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of our CCTV security systems mechanical portion. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Installer will work closely with clients to ensure their security needs are met while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Install CCTV security systems, including dropping off solar trailer at client sites.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper installation procedures.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to verify functionality.
- Provide troubleshooting support for any issues that arise post-installation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes and system capabilities.
Skills
- Proficient in the installation of CCTV systems and telecommunication equipment.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware related to security systems.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in using power tools and hand tools.
- Familiarity with security system components, including solar power.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
( MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD TO OPERATE COMPANY VAN ) Driving record will be requested after initial interview.
