Support Teams are geographically strategic to help ensure onsite teams have the support they need to build a strong foundation to take pride and ownership in your community. Currently, there are two opportunities located on the North and West side of Indianapolis working directly as a partner with your Property Manager, and support from Area, District and Asset managers. Our Company works closely with ownership crews to oversee renovations and capital improvements. This higher-level onsite position does require a mix of administrative responsibilities as well as physical. Managing your maintenance team to success, you will need to enter timely purchase orders, schedule contractors, and train onboarding team members.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:
5+ Years of Multifamily Maintenance experience
3+ Years of Supervisory Experience
Excellent Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC knowledge
HVAC Certificate Type I & II
Proven track record leading and training large maintenance teams
Basic hand tools
Excellent customer service and positive attitude
Computer knowledge & Yardi experience
Scheduling/ Inspecting/ and Purchase Order Entry
