Chas Roberts Air Conditioning and Plumbing is a full service contractor specializing in the design, construction, installation, repair and maintenance of HVAC & Plumbing systems with 80 years in the industry. We are looking to add an HVAC Sales Consultant to our team. This HVAC Sales Consultant position would entail selling to new and existing clients utilizing professional, ethical practices, developing new accounts, demonstrating products or services and providing assistance in the best application of product or service. This would also include answering all questions concerning a product or service with appropriate referrals where required, closing transactions and taking orders, investigating records of present and past sale trends and costs, and estimating and realizing revenue goals. HVAC Sales experience preferred.
Skills/Requirements:
- At least one years experience in a field-related sales environment
- A valid driver license and a clean 39-month driving record
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to exert physical strength necessary to move objects weighing eighty plus pounds from one level to another
- Must be able to maintain a positive, effective working relationship with supervisor and co-workers
- Must be able to ascend ladders to heights of eight feet or higher, and descend ladders, stairs and inclined surfaces
- Ability to prepare and present sales presentations to customers
- Must accurately process and submit all paperwork in a timely manner
- Ability to resolve customer complaint calls timely and professionally
