THE OPPORTUNITY:
Blue Ribbon Cooling Heating Plumbing Electrical is currently seeking Tradesman, Journeyman, and Master Plumbers to join the fastest growing HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing Company in the greater San Antonio area. As a Residential Install Plumber you will be responsible for installation, repairs of residential plumbing systems. This will be done while maintaining a professional manner, consistent with Blue Ribbon Cooling Heating Electrical
Plumbing’s image as a provider of high-quality top-of-line services. Successful candidates consistently exceed customer’s expectations, communicate well with customers, and can help customers make informed and confident decisions. Responsibilities: (This list may not include all the duties assigned)
- Complete all general plumbing in-home.
- Repair and install plumbing systems
- Travel to job sites within the service area, and maintain your parts, as well as communication with dispatchers, your manager.
- Properly complete invoices and obtain customer authorization/signatures for the financial decision at the beginning and end of the job
- Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet code requirements
- Document work completed with before and after photos
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
- Proficient in residential plumbing services and building codes
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- Service Titan knowledge is a plus
Physical requirements:
- Ability to frequently utilize hand functions requiring fine motor skills including but not limited to fine manipulation, grasping, and pinching
- Ability to frequently utilize gross motor skills including but not limited to pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time during the regular workday
- lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds
- Work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
