A written and hands-on skills test will be given to gauge the level of expertise.
Technicians will be woking independently; diaganosing problems on residental split hvac systems including ducting, piping, venting, thermostats, gas furnaces, heat pumps, condensers and evaporators. The technician will determine and present solutions and options for homeowner. Strong written and verbal skills are important when engaging with homeowners.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
