At QD Solutions, we specialize in creating impactful advertising campaigns for clinical trials, supporting a wide variety of conditions and diseases. Our work makes a difference worldwide, with our creative campaigns used in over 65 languages by top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and drug research companies.
Here’s what you’ll do as our Business Development Manager:
- Team up with our BD crew to create, review, and finalize preliminary budgets.
- Help craft and polish proposals to perfection before they go to our clients.
- Collaborate with the QD team on campaign strategies and dive into research to back up our game plans.
- Coordinate with internal teammates and vendor partners to gather costs for new and updated proposals.
- Organize and streamline business development tools like rate cards, RFP responses, summary sheets, and templates for work/change orders.
- Work closely with the PM team on study-specific budget updates.
What we’re looking for:
- Excel and Word Whiz: 3–5 years of experience and high proficiency.
- Organizational Rockstar: You’re detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and ready to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
- Great Communicator: Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Team Player: You love collaborating and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Globally Savvy: Comfortable managing relationships with clients across different countries.
- Bonus Points: Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or advertising/marketing/PR industries.

You must be Austin-based and available to work on a hybrid schedule, with at least two days in our office (we’d love to see your smiling face!).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
