WHAT IS THE ROLE?
As our Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be the creative spark behind our social media and content strategy, helping us bring the Electric Shuffle brand to life across digital channels.
In addition to managing our social channels, you will be assisting with photoshoots, planning, and supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives to drive awareness and excitement. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, loves storytelling, and thrives in a high-energy, team-oriented environment with massive opportunities to grow through US expansion
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
This role will have five (5) main areas of responsibilities:
Create on-brand content including social posts, stories, and reels that highlight our games, delicious food and drinks, and lively atmosphere.
Social Media Management
Take ownership of Electric Shuffle’s social media channels, including content planning, posting, and daily community engagement.
Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and audience preferences to keep our content fresh, fun, and effective.
Photoshoot Planning and Execution
Campaign Support
Creative Collaboration
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and organized individual who:

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong understanding of content creation, brand management, and creative processes.
- A detailed-oriented, curious, creative marketer who is effective at prioritization with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media
- Experience in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Canva, CapCut, content management systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
