Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning, property maintenance, and field service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing various equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on equipment related to air conditioning systems
- Conduct property maintenance tasks as needed
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Weld and design components as required
- Operate as a van driver to reach service locations promptly
- Boil and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Skills
- Proficiency in mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting
- Experience with welding and design work
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a van
- Strong understanding of air conditioning systems
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Field service experience is a plus

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
